Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of doors-windows-glass.com and the services provided by EH Services Pro ("we", "us", "our") in Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. By using this website, requesting an estimate or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates & Quotes

Information and prices shown on this website are general and for guidance only. A final quote is provided after we inspect the job, either on site or based on photos and details you provide. Quotes may change if the scope of work, measurements, materials or site conditions differ from what was originally described. We will confirm any changes with you before proceeding.

Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Online and phone bookings are requests until we confirm the appointment with you.
• Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or emergency calls. We will let you know if we are running late.
• Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Custom-ordered materials (such as glass units, doors or hardware made to measure) may be non-refundable once ordered.
• You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit for custom materials, are stated in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Applicable taxes are added to all invoices.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. The workmanship guarantee and any manufacturer warranties that apply to your job are described in your quote or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations by others, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions (such as rotted frames, hidden damage or non-standard installations) discovered during the work, but we will inform you and discuss options before continuing.

Use of This Website

• Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to EH Services Pro or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
• We may update website content, services and prices at any time without notice.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
